The COVID-19 pandemic forced us to implement home office.
With home office came conferences: first simple Teams meetings, then increasingly complex meetings with different meeting rooms. Some employees in the office, but not all in the same room; most in home office, but not all with the same permissions. Simultaneously, there were chat and support rooms. Over the years, we have gained a lot of experience. Experience with up to 250 participants and different permissions, PTZ cameras, cable cams, live streaming, and different rooms where groups can meet briefly for coordination outside the main meeting. We can easily implement this. Some of the hardware is already available; what’s missing can be rented at an affordable price: HD, 4K, or 360-degree streaming with post-production multicam editing as a live stream for documentation.
During this time, we have created multicam recordings at the Konzerthaus, in the Simón-Bolívar Hall, and in many conference rooms in Berlin, providing technical support.
